Site Interview:

1. What inspired you to launch your own website?

   Quite frankly, I know the costs associated with paying someone else to build and maintain a Website and so I decided to build my own...for now. I had past experience which also helped.
   
   Another reason for building and maintaining my own Website is the fact that I started my business right from the ground up.

2. What is the most pressing challenge today in running your business?

   As owner operators, the most pressing challenge we face is trying to balance between our Customers Wants and what our Business Needs. We give our Advertisers a 1500 kms per Month Guarantee. We also take them to Trade Shows, Outdoor Events, Car Shows and just about every outdoor activity that we can find where large numbers of people are going to congregate. Some Car Shows you have to be on site at 6:00am and cannot leave until 10:00pm. That's a pretty long day! Now take into consideration all of the things it takes to run a Business. Let's just say the Business Needs tend to take a back seat to the Customer's Wants. To us it is more important to have happy Customers!
   
   

3. If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

   If I had an unlimited development budget I would have a flash Website that was interactive with potential Clients. Streaming Video of past Guerrilla Marketing Campaigns with light Classic Rock playing in the background.
   
   It would be fun to see potential Mobile Billboard Advertisers actually place their Creative Genius, in the form of a Billboard of course and literally drag and drop it, perfectly positioned on our Bright Yellow Advertising Truck's windows, right on the website. Almost like a try before you buy. I bet a lot of Marketers would really get a feel for what it means to play around with a "Brand". They would most likely visit often just to play around with the Advertising Trucks!
   
   Business owners would certainly come to the conclusion that they have a lot of Creative Genius also...sales would most likely increase.

4. What do you find most rewarding about running your webite?

   I think the most rewarding thing about running my own Website is the fact that I can change something immediately without any cost. Just like Guerrilla Marketing...cost effective.

5. What is the most challenging aspect of customer service?

   The most challenging aspect of Customer Service is dealing with people with no imagination, passion or creativity when it comes to their Business or Brand. We want to have fun with our Business...that's why we are in this Business!
