Minnesota hobby retreat  

Pens & Needles Lakeside, built in 2001, is located on a small private lake and 16-1/2 acres of park-like grounds just 6 miles south of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. This hobby retreat is comfortably appointed for scrapbookers, quilters and knitters. Pens & Needles Lakeside will comfortably accomodate 12 guests. Bedding, towels & washcloths, bottled water and snacks are included with weekend bookings. Meals are provided by each group or catering is available. Pens & Needles Lakeside has space available for small group meetings during weekdays also. Our retreat features Serta Presidental Suite pillow top beds with thick comforters. A large kitchen with all items needed to prepare and serve your meals. In addition, there are various places just to relax in including the day room with fireplace.
