It has been stated that grandmaster Sensei Arie van den Akker is a practical/reality practitioner of the martial arts. He has always strived to broaden and develop his skills and knowledge, from shuriken throwing to the stealthy discipline of ninjutsu. Today master Arie van den Akker is often acknowledged as the "Father of real Ninjutsu". There was a time when ninjitsu was not being practiced publically outside Japan.
