Dominic's Desserts, Inc. are the exclusive makers of Bruno's Biscotti and Tullia's Truffles, (rhymes with Julia) probably the finest examples of both products you will find anywhere. Bruno's Biscotti are made from an Old World family recipe, given by Bruno's grandmother, and come packaged in pound bags or individual cookie bags for resellers. Bruno's Biscotti has also been reformulated into a diet line that tastes exactly like the orignial cookie. Tullia's Truffles are made from Noel brand chocolate, one of the best "fine, extra bittersweet" (dark) chocolate couvertures in the world. Tullia's Truffle centers are made from blending heavy cream and natural, pure flavorings with Noel's highest percentage cocoa mass (72%) couverture, while the shells are made from Noel's 64% cocoa mass couverture. Our centers are warm, dark brown, luscious, and creamy (neither runny nor pasty), while our shells are tempered (made shiny and snappy)and formed in European moulds. Bruno's Biscotti and Tullia's Truffles are made from the highest quality ingredients the baking and confection industries have to offer and do not contain preservatives or anything artifical.
