I believe that therapy is a process of self-discovery. I believe that we sometimes get 'stuck', and that this can involve anxiety, depression and pain. I believe that the answers usually lie within ourselves, and that the psychotherapist's role is to provide the nurturing and support necessary for this difficult but rewarding journey. As psychotherapists, we do not know what particular road your journey will take, but we know what it is to undertake the journey.
